This type of bushings allows to take advantage of the anti-seize characteristic of bronze, and at the same time a longer life than steel ones. The base material of these bushes is a special alloy, specially designed and produced according to our specifications.
This exceptional material prevents the welding between the bushing and the tool (which with standard bushings is normally caused by pressure and heat), granting a significant reduction in tool breakages due to lever stresses, and seizures.
By reducing the friction between the bushings and the tool, a significant increase and improvement in the performance of the breaker and therefore higher productivity are achieved. To ensure optimal performance of our special bushings, it is crucial that the working tools with which they interact, are either new or in good condition, to be more specific working tools must not show signs of seizures that could negatively impact the performance of our bushing.
\nThe grease to be used is specific for hydraulic breakers, but in limited quantities, as it is supported by the self-lubricating characteristic of our material.<\/p>\n
